The Blodgett MARK V-100 ADDL single-deck electric convection oven stands on 6" stainless steel legs and can be stacked with an additional baking compartment using the kit provided with the unit so you can double your capacity without using up additional floor space. This is an ENERGY STAR model with a wide range of baking and roasting capabilities including modes like Cook-and-Hold and Pulse Plus for slow-roasting meats and low-temp baking for delicate dishes. And it does all that with less energy than standard units in its category.

With the stainless steel on most of the exterior plus the sturdy full-angle iron frame, this commercial oven is solid in build and easy to keep clean. The solid mineral fiber insulation protects from heat loss while adding structural stability that makes it heavy-duty. There are three tubular heaters that bake and roast your dishes at 200°F to 500°F. They can be adjusted with the solid-state thermostat with an LED display.

The unit is supplied with five (5) racks with chrome plating to support pans without problem. There are 11 rack positions to help you maximize the interior. The 0.5 hp fan with aluminized blower wheel with automatic thermal overload protection operates at two speeds to give you additional cooking flexibility and delivers uniform results.

The cavity is lined with 14-gauge double-sided porcelain for high-temperature baking and enhanced durability. The interior lighting provides clear visibility to check your cooking from the dual-pane thermal glass windows without having to open the doors and losing heat in the process. A control area fan is onboard for quick cooling for shorter cooking breaks or for preparing the unit to turn off.

The left and right doors are securely sealed with triple-mounted pressure locking and a turnbuckle assembly. The single powder-coated handle allows for synchronous door access to make loading and unloading pan a much simpler process. The front control panel slides out easily for convenient access during servicing. The unit also includes a vent connector.

The Blodgett MARK V-100 ADDL single-deck half-size electric convection oven comes with cETLus, CE, and NSF certifications as well as a three-year warranty on parts and two years on labor, and a  five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.  The standard electrical connection is 208 voltage, 60Hz, and a three-phase power supply, but more options are available below along with a selection of components and accessories to customize your unit with.
