(LV391201) Pasta Cooker, gas, (1) 10.5 gallon tank, 66 lbs/hour capacity, automatic starch removal, automatic low water level control, 9 position energy control, 316 stainless steel tank, stainless steel cabinet & legs, includes door (206350), 120v/60/1-ph, 0.9 amps, .03kW, 47,726 BTU

The Electrolux Professional 391201 (E9PCGD1MF2) Commercial Pasta Cooker features 10.6 gallons of capacity and gas power rated to produce 53,000 BTU/hr.

This unit has a simple to use control panel with a gas cock and piezo ignition system and includes a thermocouple for added safety. A manually operated water tap allows for water to continuously fill the unit. 316L stainless steel is used in the construction of the water basinand includes a place where baskets are suspened for draining. Water quality while cooking is maintained with a system that automatically removes starch. Other food besides pasta can be cooked in this device including but not limited to rice, vegetables, dumplings and all different varieties of noodles.

The exterior of this pasta cooker is made from durable stainless steel featuring a Scotch Brite finish. 2” long legs come with the unit and are height-adjustable allowing the unit to stand level on uneven flooring. The unit is available in natural gas and liquid propane versions to suit your establishment’s gas type. A thermocouple device is included for additional safety.
