When you need a reliable and simple to use coffee brewer designed for high-output that uses thermal servers, the CBS-61H (C61016) 6000 Series Coffee Brewer from FETCO is a good investment. This handle operated Commercial Coffee Maker is designed to brew up to 317 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour.
Starting and stopping brewing with this coffee brewer is as simple as a twist of the handle. Hot water is easy to access via the manual faucet at the front of this brewer. This brewer does not come with thermal servers FETCO TPD-30 servers must be purchased separately.
The water in this model is heated by two 3.0 kW heaters. 15.0 gallons of heated water can be processed by this unit per hour. This unit is designed to use 120/208-240v power and draws 22.0-25.4 amps at peak output.
