Every hour this brewer can produce up to 320 (12 oz.) servings of coffee. With thermal servers, the coffee is kept hot without the need for a heat source allowing large batches to be made in advance of a major rush of customers. To give your large batches the best flavor this brewer has many brew parameters that can be adjusted by the user to customize their brew and get the most out of the beans. Then when the recipe is perfected it can be saved making it easily repeatable at the push of a button.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your coffee beans, this brewer has a large spray pan to provide superior saturation of the coffee bed. The brew compartment on this brewer effectively traps steam in it which virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The thermal servers are sold separately for this brewer and it is designed to use FETCO LBD-6 containers.

Inside this brewer three 10.0 kW water heaters quickly bring water to brewing temperature for quick service. 36.0 gallons of water can be heated per hour to keep up with demand. This model is designed for use with 440-480v 3-phase power and draws a maximum of 30.1-36.1 amps.
