To provide storage options this cabinet has removable fixed racks with 3” spacing designed to hold 18”x26” pans.

The holding temperature in the cabinet is easy to monitor with an analog thermometer that does not require power for operation. Setting the temperature with the manual controls allow for adjustments from 90°F to 190°F in ten-degree increments. The heating system inside this cabinet consists of the patented Humi-Temp system which circulates air with a fan-cooled blower motor while heat is provided by an Incoloy nickel-chromium heating element. A removable baffled humidifier pan keeps the air most for better holding capabilities.

The door latch on this cabinet provides easy access to the interior while securely keeping the door closed. The edge-mounted positive closing latch features a full grip that’s easy to grasp. To keep heat from escaping the stainless steel door is insulated and an air-tight seal is provided by a cabinet-mounted door gasket. This cabinet was designed specifically for use in mobile operations and is built for heavy-duty use. The 1” square heavy gauge stainless steel tubular base is extremely durable while the rest of the construction features 18 gauge stainless steel construction with corners and fittings reinforced with 10 gauge stainless steel plates.  Moving this cabinet around is a breeze thanks to the 5" maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters.
