If you’re looking for a heated cabinet that will fit on your countertop, look no further than the HLC-3 Handy Line Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE. Inside removable fixed racks hold GN 1/1 and 12”x20  pans and have 2-⅝” spacing.

Users can easily monitor the temperature inside the cabinet with the high-visibility digital display. The simple control interface allows the holding temperature to be set from 90°F to 190°F. Radiant heat is provided by a reliable Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element. 

A magnetic workflow handle makes the door easy to open while maintaining a low profile. A cabinet-mounted door gasket conceals it from handling damage and maintains a secure seal for the insulated stainless steel door.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel for durability. The exterior is 20 gauge and features a polished finish that gives the unit a great look that’s easy to maintain. The interior features 22 gauge construction with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with “Ultra-Guard” UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the top, back bottom, and sides. 

This holding cabinet features IPX4 and CE certification as well as being listed by UL and classified by UL EPH; making sure it’s made to the highest safety and sanitation standards.
