Proofer/Heated Holding Cabinet, mobile, undercounter height, insulated, (10) pair adjustable tray slides 4-1/2" OC, (10) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" pan capacity, (2) doors with recessed antimicrobial handles, built-in humidifier, individual controls for temperature & moisture, optional range thermometer, removable water reservoir, recessed hand grip on each side of unit, stainless steel interior & exterior, 3-1/2" swivel casters with brakes, UL, cUL, NSF
