This heavy-duty commercial gas range fits two 24,000 BTU open burners and a storage base in a compact package. This unit is stainless steel on the front, sides, and cabinet door so it is extra tough and easy to keep clean. This commercial range also features a front rail made of stainless steel to provide an extra workspace for plating or other quick or last-minute tasks. The unit is mounted on 6" chrome legs that can be adjusted to your ideal working height.
This heavy-duty range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF guidelines.

Heavy-duty cast iron top grates/ring grates. 12" (305mm) wide x 38" (965mm) deep, including 7-1/2" (191mm) deep stainless steel front rail. Stainless steel front, including storage base door, with black powder coat epoxy sides. 48,000 BTU (14.06 kW) total. Natural or propane gas. Also available with modular top, suffix T. Free standing units only available with flanged feet deck fasteners to anchor unit. NOTE: Attachments supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
