Garland US Range M46S Description
With the M46S heavy-duty commercial gas range, you can saute, boil, simmer foods, and perform many more cooking tasks from the two (2) 17" extra-heavy even-heat hot tops. There's plenty of room for your cooking necessities in the 26" wide, 30.5" deep, and 20.5" tall cabinet at the base. The front and sides are all stainless steel, making for a strong and long-lasting investment that will surely boost your business.
Each hot top can accommodate multiple pots, thanks to the set of six (6) H-shaped burners that generate a total cooking power of 90,000 BTU. The unit comes with a heavy-gauge aluminized steel radiation baffle system while each of these burners also comes with its own hi-lo control valves for efficiency and better control of results. There is a 7.5" front rail made of stainless steel so it is not only durable but also highly convenient for assembling or plating food fresh from the hot tops.
This Garland commercial range is supported by sturdy 6" stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to the proper height.
