Master Series Heavy Duty Range, gas, 34", (2) 35,000 BTU open burners, (1) 17" even heat hot top, storage base, electric ignition & flame fail all burners, stainless steel front & sides, 6" legs, 100,000 BTU, CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF (Garland)
With a pair of 35,000 BTU open burners, a 17" cast-iron even-heat hot top, and a storage base, this heavy-duty commercial gas range has all you need to significantly boost your production capacity. This commercial range is designed to be extra durable and easy to clean, with its stainless steel front and sides. The burners come with electric ignition and flame fail protection to make the operation safer. There is a 7.5" rail on the front so you can do quick prep work or plating. The cast-iron gates on the open burners are removable for easy cleaning.
This heavy-duty range is mounted on 6" chrome legs that can be set to various working heights to fit your space. This unit meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards.

Porcelain enamel oven interior with 40,000 BTU (11.72kW) cast iron oven burner. Stainless steel front and sides. Natural or propane gas available. Also available with storage base w/ doors, suffix S, and modular top, suffix T. NOTE: Ranges supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
