This 130,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range features two (2) 17" front-fired hot tops at the top and a 40,000 BTU oven at the base. Tough and easy to clean, this commercial range features rust-and-stain-resistant stainless steel front and sides. The hot tops each have three (3) jet burners that can be individually controlled to make the most of the cooking surface. The hot tops have cast-iron rings and lids that can be removed to fit most cookware and various cooking applications. These burners come with electric ignition and flame failure protection for safe, easy use.

The oven interior is porcelain, which makes food debris easy to spot and scrub off. It has a piezo spark ignition that removes the need for lighters or matches so you can get to cooking immediately. This heavy-duty range is mounted on 6" legs that can be set to different working heights. It is CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF-approved.
