Garland US Range SUME-200 Description
If you want a versatile convection cooking companion to help you meet large cooking demands, this SUME-200 double-deck electric convection oven with two 29" x 24" x 24" compartments is all you need. The unit adds 20.8 kW of cooking power to your production line. With its stainless steel construction on the front, top, and sides and porcelain interior, you can expect excellent durability and easy maintenance.
This commercial oven has a temperature range of 150 degrees and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. With the solid-state controls, electromechanical thermostat, and 60-minute timer, you can easily create the proper cooking environment for your recipes.
There are five (5) chrome-plated racks that you adjust in 13 different positions to maximize the interior capacity of the oven. The left-hand doors each have a double-pane thermal window that provides an instant view of what's happening inside the oven.
This convection oven is UL, cUL, and NSF-approved for safe commercial use. It stands on 25.5" tall stainless steel legs for excellent weight support and stability.
