Globe GF30G Description
The Globe GF30G Fryer is a countertop model that ships configured to use natural gas. With 30 lbs of oil capacity, this fryer is more than capable of taking care of heavy-duty frying tasks for cooking french fries, chicken, donuts, fish fillets, and more. Powering this fryer are 4 stainless steel tube burners inside the heating chamber that provide a total thermal output of 53,000 BTU/hr. Robert Shaw™ snap-action thermostats provide ideal temperature control and fast recovery to cope with high demands during peak hours for faster turnover times.
The fryer features a sleek front plate and frame made from stainless steel specifically designed for commercial environments. The fry pot is also made from stainless steel and features a drain valve and extension pipe for easy cleaning. Adjustable height 4” stainless steel legs make sure the fryer doesn’t wobble on the countertop and also provide access below the unit for quick wipe downs. Two heavy-duty nickel-plated fry baskets with insulated handles are included.
Available in 15 and 30 lb oil capacities perfect for heavy-duty countertop frying: french fries, donuts, chicken, fish fillets, and more.
