This fryer is amazing. Temperature is maintained pretty much throughout the cooking session. Great design, makes cleaning a little less labor-intensive compared to other fryers. Good size, very portable, and easy to use

This fryer is good, but it doesn't get as hot as 375 degrees. Recovery time is not as fast as I'd hoped. The build seems pretty good, hope it will last a long time. Very easy cleaning
