The Commercial Deep Fryers offers complete flexibility to quickly cook up a host of appetizer or dinner specials. They are perfect as your primary fryer or secondary fryer to help out during busy times.

- Removable Stainless Steel Fry-tank
- Thermal overload device - shuts off the heating element if it gets too hot.

We only do occasional frying so this was the perfect size for us. But we are still able to make a massive amount with this little fryer. So we are very happy with it. Cleaning is not an issue, it takes little effort and time too!
