Keep those pizzas hot and ready to serve at all times with this 1440-watt FSDT-1 holding and display cabinet from Hatco’s Flav-R-Savor series. This unit features a four-tier round rack that rotates to give a 360-degree view of each product. The tempered glass panels give a full view from every side so you can increase traffic and get those impulse sales going! The fluorescent lighting promises excellent visibility at all times. A 19" diameter pizza pan can easily fit through the large tempered glass door.

This unit is able to maintain consistent temperatures so that food stays perfectly warm for hours. It also prevents food from drying out or getting soggy with the addition of a water reservoir that can hold three liters of water. It can be filled and refilled from the water cup mounted at the front of the display case. It also has a low-water alert that helps you stay on top of the operation while also protecting the elements from damage.

This FSDT-1 holding and display cabinet is a USA-made product that meets all cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 standards. It is shipped with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. You can choose from a variety of colors and other parts and accessories to customize your unit.
