The Hatco GRCDH-1PD heated display case is a stylish 1110-watt food-holding solution designed to heat cooked meals at ideal serving temperatures to maintain their freshness and “just made” quality, ensuring you always have hot delicious food prepared for customers that walk through your door. This unit has a base that can fit a full-size pan and features thermostatic controls for adjusting the temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. You can add 10 to 30 percent of humidity so it doesn’t scorch the food. There is an upper shelf with individual temperature control that provides additional usable space for more food items

This unit has a stainless steel interior that makes for a solid but also sleek and easy to clean construction. The panels are all made of tempered glass, creating a presentable display that is enhanced by the bright, coated, shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs. The curved front is There is additional infrared heating at the top that follows pre-focused heat patterns to sustain even temperatures in other parts of the case. The heat doesn’t transfer to the outside of the base, so it stays safely cool to the touch while the inside stays consistently hot.

The GRCDH-1PD heated display case has 4" adjustable legs to set up on a counter. This unit is a high-quality USA-made product with cULus and UL EPH Classified certifications.
