Hatco HDW-1BN Warming Drawer Unit

Enhance the speed of your operation without using up any floor space with this one-compartment HDW-1BBN warming drawer by Hatco. This food warmer is narrower than the typical warming drawer, at just 19.5 inches, making it easy to integrate into most setups. 

The food warmer is supplied with a 6" deep food pan that can hold a large quantity of food at a time, so you can pre-cook a bulk of your vegetables, chicken, or meats that you can then simply store and heat inside the unit to deliver food quickly to hungry customers during peak hours.

Made of durable stainless steel, this built-in food warming drawer won’t dent, rust, or deform under pressure, making it the perfect companion for the busiest of operations. The drawer slides are stainless steel for added ruggedness and with nylon rollers specifically designed to facilitate fluid operation and service-free use, opening and closing the drawer doesn’t have to be a struggle, frequent replacements won’t be a problem.

The cavity is insulated at the top, bottom, and sides, to ensure maximum performance and structural integrity for the safety of your products. The drawer has a thermostatic control knob for setting the desired temperature, on and off switch for mitigating energy use, and a temperature display for at-a-glance monitoring. These controls are conveniently placed on a panel that is recessed, so it doesn’t get in the way and increase risks of accidental adjustments when your kitchen staff rush to get orders out. Increase or decrease moisture inside the unit using the adjustable sliding vents.
