Hobart HCM450-3 Description
The Hobart HCM450-3 460/60/3 commercial vertical cutter / mixer features a 45 qt. capacity stainless steel bowl, a cut-mix attachment, a knead-mix attachment, a polypropylene strainer basket, and a stainless steel mixing baffle arm. It does not include casters. This mixer also includes start/stop pushbuttons, a 5-minute timer, safety interlocks, and a clear Lexan polycarbonate bowl cover. The bowl itself features a pouring lip and tilts to a 90-degree angle for added convenience. Complete your kitchen with our full line of commercial mixers and food preparation equipment.
