The Hobart HCM450-62 commercial vertical cutter / mixer features a 45 qt. capacity stainless steel bowl, which allows a 90-degree tilt and is assisted by a pouring lip for the easy and mess-free transfer of contents to other vessels. Designed for various applications, this is a versatile mixer with a cut-mix and knead-mix attachments, a polypropylene strainer basket, and a stainless steel mixing baffle arm. This mixer can be mastered in no time with simple controls including start/stop pushbuttons, a 5-minute timer, and safety interlocks, and a clear Lexan polycarbonate bowl cover. The bowl itself tilts to a 90-degree angle for added convenience. This unit requires an electrical connection of 230 volts, 60 Hertz, and three-phase. It does not include casters.
