The Hobart HCM450-61 commercial vertical cutter / mixer features a 45 qt. capacity stainless steel bowl with a pouring lip for transferring contents conveniently and without the mess. This model features a cut-mix attachment, a knead-mix attachment, a polypropylene strainer basket, and a stainless steel mixing baffle arm. It does not include casters. Designed for safe and easy operation, this mixer has safety interlocks and can be powered on or off with a push-button. This mixer also allows you to set a timer of up to five minutes so you can keep track of your mixing time. The unit comes with a clear Lexan polycarbonate bowl cover and can tilt to a 90-degree angle for added convenience. This unit uses a 200-volts, 60Hz, 3-phase electrical connection.
