The Hobart HS6N-1 manual heavy-duty commercial meat slicer comes with a 13" CleanCut™ removable knife with zero knife exposure for maximum safety. With an easily adjustable knob, this commercial meat slicer can slice foods into pieces up to 1" thick. For increased convenience, it includes a removable meat/vegetable grip arm, a removable ring guard cover, a single-action top-mounted knife sharpener, and a cleaning kickstand. This electric food slicer is powered by a 1/2 hp motor and uses a voltage of 120/60/1-ph electrical connection. This food slicer is A+++ all around! Really great quality. Especially love that it is very easy to clean. We can disassemble it fairly easily so we can wash and wipe the parts individually.

This is one tough food slicer. Always a smooth operation. It can slice up thick blocks of cheese without issue. It's very safe to use as well. Can be sharpened easily and conveniently
