The Hobart HS7-PHS heavy-duty marine commercial meat slicer is a high-quality automatic meat saw that features a 13", burnished finished, CleanCut™ removable knife (with 3 stroke lengths and 4 stroke speeds) and a knife removal tool. This electric food slicer also includes a removable meat grip assembly, removable ring guard cover, single-action top-mounted knife sharpener, and manual lift lever.
