The Hobart PPASTRY-HL20 20 qt. "P" pastry knife is designed for use with 20 qt. bowls on Hobart HL200 all-purpose mixers. This pastry knife cuts through the thickest of dough, making it perfect for mixing pastry and pie dough, among other things.
