Specifications:
Shall be constructed of hi-tensile, corrosion resistant, rust proof, primary extruded aluminum, Type 6063-T5 alloy. All seams shall be heli-arc welded with all welded and sealed (no rivets). Vertical uprights shall be extruded tube, 1¼” x 1½” x .070 wall. Top and bottom frames shall be extruded tube, 1¼” x 1½” x .070 wall, welded and shall be welded to uprights. Bottom frame has caster plates (pre-tapped), 3/8” thick, welded to frame so that casters are inset. Gussets of 1½” x 1½” x 5/8” thick angle are welded to the inside angles (bottom side) where horizontal cross bracing meets vertical uprights with a 4-½” continuous weld. Two each tie rods of 1” x 1” x .070 wall extruded tube shall be welded to uprights. Extruded angle ledges are a stepped type, 2” x 6¼” x .100 thick, with all corners chamfered and deburred. Ledges are welded to uprights on 4-½” centers. Casters shall be all swivel with 5” diameter, non-markeing polyurethane tire, 1-¼” wide, with an operating temperature range of -25°F to +190°F. Wheel bearings shall be sealed and permanently lubricated.
