Long-lasting, easy-clean design perfect for small to medium operations, the Moffat E33D5 electric convection oven comes with five (5) chrome-plated oven racks that can hold half-size sheet pans or 12 x 20" hotel pans. A 3.33" spacing in between the racks is allotted to help with the circulation and the ability to support larger food items. Stainless steel construction runs from the top to the sides down to the vital internal components like the vent, fan baffle, and the interior side racks, all of which are also easily removable with no tools needed to unburden you from the stress of routine cleaning. The oven chamber is enameled porcelain for more sanitary cooking.
The side-hinged door is vented for safe handling and uses a slam-shut latching and pendulum door handle for safe and easy operation. It is fortified with two layers of 0.2" thick glass paired with dual halogen oven lamps to provide convenient progress viewing for lower energy loss. And with the removable plug-in oven door seal, better insulation is guaranteed.
This countertop oven boasts a heating power of 5.8kW and can turn the heat from 120 to 500°F. With the dual-speed bi-directional reversing fan system unique to Moffat products, you get to enjoy much faster cooking with the perfect even bake quality.

This commercial oven has three-stage cooking and uses electronic controls that allow both manual and program modes to give you cooking repeatability in the more common items while facilitating easy customization for more unique orders. You can also add atmospheric steam into the oven chamber for optimal results using the five (5) preprogrammed moisture levels or doing manual moisture injection.
The current time and temperature are individually shown at all times on the 0.75" digital displays and are controlled separately via the dedicated knobs, all found on the durable stainless steel control panel. An on/off key, fan low-speed key, timer start/stop key, programs select key are all included for ease of use.
To make this convection oven more versatile, you can set a timer of up to 180 minutes in countdown mode and up to 999 minutes in time count mode when you need to slow-cook or hold food. You can even adjust the volume of the alarm to suit front or back-of-the-house applications. Add in the optional Core Probe temperature range if you want more precise temperature modifications.
This Moffat convection oven stands on 3" high stainless steel anti-skid feet for stability and easy underside cleaning. This is a cETLus and NSF-approved unit safe for commercial use.
