With this 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range, you can add three (3) 5.3-kilowatt hot plates to a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom make for a robust piece of cooking equipment that you can rely on every single day.

The hot plates are 0.5" thick, 12" wide, and 24" deep, providing plenty of space to cook large batches of food. You can set the exact cooking temperature within the range of 250 degrees and 850 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve amazing results.

This commercial range offers additional functionality and efficiency courtesy of the 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box for additional functionality and efficiency. A 5" stainless steel flue riser assists in maintaining optimal safety and comfort in the kitchen by moving the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from users.
