A huge 18 cu. ft. reliable and long-lasting unit that boasts of stainless steel top, front, sides, and swing doors with recessed handles. The interior’s side panels and door liner are all aluminum, while the floor is stainless steel.
Not only are the features of this three-section sandwich/salad unit striking, but they are also very much useful, too. For utmost convenience, the unit comes with a cutting board side rail and a 9 and 1/2" deep x 1/2" thick cutting board; (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep condiment pans; and 3 heavy-duty, adjustable PE-coated wire shelves.
This self-contained, front breathing J Series Sandwich/Salad Unit cares about functionality as much as it cares about its environmental impact. The unit is equipped with an eco-friendly technology (R290 Hydrocarbon Refrigerant) that’s free of ozone layer-depleting substances. R290 Hydrocarbon Refrigerant is a low GWP refrigerant as well, which means it has a very low impact on global warming.
It’s practically a set-up-and-forget type of kitchen equipment. This cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified kitchen equipment has a hot gas condensate system that ensures rapid evaporation of condensed water resulting in an increase in the refrigerator system’s efficiency. Refrigerant leakage is the usual side effect of the hot gas condensate system. Turbo Air ensures that no refrigerant leakage will ever happen by treating the condensate system’s surface with an anti-corrosive coating. Additional features includes 4" dia. swivel casters, 1/3 HP, 3.2 amps, 115v/60/1-ph, NEMA 5-15P.
