With a cold bunker that holds 8 ⅙-size pans and two refrigerated drawers providing 7 cu. ft. of refrigerated space, this prep table is an easy pick for cramped kitchens and establishments looking for a small unit that can be easily moved around.

The worktop features a ½” thick cutting board made from high-density polyethylene that’s securely fixed in place as an ideal work surface that can be easily removed for cleaning. The cold bunker also runs the full width of the prep table making use of every last square inch of space. Ingredients kept in the cold bunker will always be below 41°F even if the insulated pan cover is left open. The cold bunker is cooled using a forced-air system that provides a cold air-shield that keeps the pan nice and cool.

The drawers easily slide out to access the contents and everything is kept at 33°F ~ 39°F to best preserve food. These drawers are built to accommodate additional ⅙-size pans up to 6” deep for additional storage of prepped sandwich or salad ingredients. Please note, Pans are not included for the drawers and must be purchased separately.

This prep table features a ⅕ HP refrigeration system that uses hydrocarbon R-290 refrigerant which is environmentally friendly. Cooling is made even more efficient with Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. This system eliminates downtime and labor costs while allowing the refrigeration system to breathe freely reducing stress on the compressor. To keep the condenser clean a spinning brush is activated on a regular schedule to clear the condenser of any dust or debris.

Powering this prep table is simple, a 9-foot power cable is included to connect it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet that can supply 2.8 amps. Moving the unit around is simple with the included 4” diameter swivel casters.
