The Univex PPRESS1.5R Panini Press has a ribbed 13.98” wide by 10.04” deep cooking surface and is designed for countertop use.

The cooking surface features tough grooved cast iron plates designed to evenly heat food. The upper grill is hinged to make sure both sides of food placed in the unit are cooked evenly. This temperature control in this press can reach 570°F and a built-in timer makes sure that food is cooked accurately and in a repeatable fashion.

This press features a stainless steel exterior that looks great and is durable enough to make sure the unit will serve in a commercial kitchen for many years. A scraping brush comes with this press to make cleaning simple.

This press uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power at 15.0 amps.
