Vulcan 36ESB-208 Description
The Vulcan 36ESB-208 Salamander Broiler is an electrically-heated model designed for use in commercial kitchens wired for 208v operation. A commercial kitchen with Salamander Broilers can offer a variety of menu items that are easy to produce in a size-efficient package.
Two 2,250 W heating elements provide users with separate zones that are independently controllable with infinite switch controls to dial in the desired temperature precisely. The height of the grid is set with a 6-position height control system that allows dishes to get to the right height for optimal browning. Adjusting the height of the broiler carriage is simple thanks to a lever featuring a knob designed to remain cool to the touch while the salamander is running.
This Salamander features a grid measuring 27-½” wide and 13” deep with heavy-duty chrome-plating. A full-width pan under the grid will catch all crumbs and drips. The spillage pan can be easily removed for quick cleaning.
This salamander’s top, front, and sides are made from durable stainless steel making it easy to clean and maintain which will ensure it will last for years to come. This unit is easily installed onto a reinforced range back riser, mounted on a wall with optional brackets, or placed on a counter with optional legs.
