They are available in widths ranging from 18" to 103" to accommodate both small and large catering or buffet lines. These drop-in wells have CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation to hold diverse foods at the appropriate temperatures for several hours. Some models also feature temperature controls with cold and hot modes, making it easy to switch between dishes. They can carry up to 6 full pans and come in models with up to 6 wells.
