The AccuTemp E62401D060 (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ Countertop Convection Steamer is the best option for establishments operating at high altitudes with hard water. The Evolution™ line of steamers from AccuTemp uses their patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT) which doesn’t use any moving parts making it immune to issues with hard water and has automatic altitude compensation. This particular model is a countertop model that doesn’t need plumbing for a water supply or drain line and in most states it does not need to be installed under a hood.

The cavity is made from reinforced 14 ga. 304 stainless steel and features dishwasher-safe one-piece wire pan racks designed to hold four 12x20x4” pans or six 12x20x2.5”. The SVT system consists of a steam collector and distributor panels with no moving parts, they are all easy to remove and conveniently dishwasher-safe.

The controls on this steamer are simple to use and easy to clean, the digital control panel features a digital temperature display and an independent digital electronic timer. The timer comes with a programmable preset for convenience.

This Boilerless Countertop Convection Steamer model is ENERGY STAR qualified for its efficiency and is configured to use 240v/60/1-ph power at 25.0 amps. A 5’ power cable that terminates in an L6-30P plug is provided to attach it to a power source with a 30.0 amp breaker.
