The E64403D120 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ from AccuTemp is an Boilerless Floor Model Steamer model configured for 440v/60/3-ph power with 12 kW of peak input. Thse Electric Convection Steamer can hold six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" pans. For establishments with hard water, this ENERGY STAR qualified steamer is an easy pick.

Accutemp’s entire Evolution™ line of steamers uses their patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT) which is designed to use any potable water source, regardless of water quality. The SVT system was developed to have no moving parts, instead, the SVT system uses a steam collector and distributor panels to deliver steam all throughout the cavity. These parts are easy to remove and dishwasher-safe. The entire steamer is covered by a one year warranty and backed by AccuTemp’s Lifetime Service & Support Guarantee.

The simple controls on this steamer are intuitive to use and instructions are printed onto the door in both English and Spanish for quick reference. A digital temperature display shows users the temperature at a quick glance and an independent digital timer with a programmable preset makes using the steamer extremely easy.

These Commercial Floor Model Steamer is connectionless and does not require plumbing, it has a 3-gallon reservoir that needs to be filled manually. A 5’ power cord is included for ease of installation. A sturdy stand comes with this steamer and a lower shelf is included for extra storage or a second unit can be installed on in down the line.
