The AccuTemp EGF2403A4850-T1 Accu-Steam™ Countertop Griddle is a tabletop electric model with a 47.9” x 30” cooking surface. Unlike most electric Commercial Griddles on the market that use heating strips that directly heat the griddle plate, AccuTemp Accu-Steam griddles use low watt density heating elements inside of a hermetically sealed steam chamber submerged in pure water that will never need replacing. Heat is evenly applied to the 7 gauge stainless steel griddle plate with steam. Hot and cold spots are a thing of the past on this innovative griddle’s cooking surface, and recovery is nearly instantaneous.

The temperature is controlled from front-mounted controls and the digital thermostat can be precisely set at temperatures between 200°F and 400°F. To make changing temperatures easier 3 presets can be configured and a manager mode can be used to lockout temperature controls. Grease is easily managed through the 3-⅞” wide grease trough that runs the full width of the cooking surface and empties into a 6-½ qt. grease drawer. Grease splatter is contained with the integrated 4” rear splash and tapered 4” to 1-5/16” side splashes.

This Countertop Griddle is configured for use with 240v/60/3-ph power and comes with a 5’ power cord and a 15-50P plug to connect to an outlet that can supply 34.0 amps of current. More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Commercial Grills are available.
