Produce smokey and juicy dishes to guests right from your counter with this 36" wide commercial charbroiler. This is a dependable piece of cooking equipment unit with stainless steel construction on the exterior, interior and combustion chamber to keep up with your busy operation.

There are seven (7) burners on this countertop range that each operates at 15,000 BTU cooking power. The cast-iron radiants deliver the heat towards the free-floating round rod top grate and to the food for thorough cooking. Along with the fully insulated double walls, these radiants have excellent heat retention, which means they stay hot after a cooking session so you can start another one and reach the desired cooking temperature with less time. The grate on this unit can be set in four (4) tilted positions so you can change the intensity of the heat that the food is getting. The top grate includes an EZ tilt-to-front grease trough that helps regulate grease movement.

The crossover pilot tube system is designed to stay lit so you can fire up the commercial grill in an instant. A top grid scraper lets you easily clean the cooking surface to make sure it is spotless and ready for session after session. This commercial charbroiler comes complete with a 6" service shelf with a towel bar and water tubs.
