Food is stored on three epoxy-coated wire shelves that maximize the available space. The interior features painted grey aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance and everything is lit with dependable LED lighting that stays cool. The sturdy door features an easy to grasp anti-microbial handle that provides an additional layer of sanitation. The door has a self-closing feature to prevent it from being left ajar and a 120º stay-open feature allows for easy access to multiple items with both hands.

A ¾ HP compressor producing 1927 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. The temperature below 0ºF is constantly maintained by the fully electronic controls. To make sure cooling is reliable with limited maintenance, an epoxy-coated evaporator coil is used. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant has a low impact on the environment while meeting all regulations for safe, sustainable cooling. The automatic defrost cycle is electric and eliminates downtime.

This unit comes with 6” casters by default but can be ordered with 3” casters or 6” legs at no extra cost. Power is supplied by a factory-installed 8-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph at 7.5 amps.
