The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12C-4 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a large prep table offering four refrigerated drawers, a single reach-in section, and a dozen ⅙-size pans in a countertop cold bunker. The drawer sections below the worktop offer 20.0 cu. ft. of storage space and are designed to hold pans up to 6" deep for storing larger amounts of prepped food.

The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained to be between 36º and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. Stainless steel frames are used to support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally.

The worktop includes a polyethylene cutting board that runs the full width of the counter. This extended cutting board is 17” deep providing lots of room for users to prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance. Ingredients and condiments in the eight pans are kept between 41°F and 33°F with optimized airflow to maximize shelf life. 

The bottom-mounted refrigeration system saves space and provides efficient cooling. The self-contained refrigeration system has a ⅓ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling with hydrocarbon-based R290 refrigerant which is compliant to all modern environmental codes. The refrigeration system features full electronic control to efficiently control the temperature and a condensate evaporator that eliminates the need for a floor drain.

This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
