Designed for convenient production upgrade, the ZEPH-100-E ADDL is an Energy Star-rated stackable electric convection oven that will help you deliver top-quality meals to customers at lower energy costs. The oven features a single baking compartment that can hold a total of five (5) full-size baking pans on the five (5) removable chrome-plated racks that ship with the unit.

The corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction runs from the top to the sides and bottom strengthened by the full angle-iron frame to form a durable, long-lasting kitchen companion you can rely on for many years. The unit stands on a set of 6" stainless steel legs and comes complete with a stacking kit and vent connector for seamless installation

Whether you are roasting a whole chicken and vegetables or baking croissants, the commercial oven can accommodate all with the 11 rack guides. The control panel is mounted on the front and is removable for servicing. The selector lets you prep the oven for cooking or cool down. The cook mode activates the set of three (3) tubular heating elements. The 1/2 horsepower single-inlet fan circulates the air throughout the entire chamber to cook products evenly. The fan has automatic overload protection keeping your oven and your kitchen safe. You can cook a wide variety of products with the 200 to 500°F temperature zone that can be adjusted with incredible precision from the solid-state infinite thermostat. The unit is insulated with solid mineral fiber to ensure that no hot air escapes and the temperature remains consistent inside the oven.

You can cool the oven down after every baking session or completely cool it off when the work's all done. This unit makes the process much easier with the digital timer. No need to open and close the doors during cooking, which only disrupts the oven’s operation and results in heat loss. The dual-pane thermal glass windows give you an instant view of the inside with the help of the interior lamps that light up the double-sided porcelain baking compartment. These doors feature triple-mounted pressure locks with a turnbuckle assembly to get a good seal. The single powder-coated handle gives you control on both doors, so you can open or close them in a single motion.

The Blodgett ZEPH-100-E ADDL single-deck half-size electric convection oven is ETL and NSF-approved and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a three-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
