Kettle, direct steam, 100-gallon capacity, full steam jacket design, open tri-leg base, stainless steel exterior finish with 316 series stainless steel liner, standard with flanged feet, faucet bracket, steam control valve, 2" tangent draw-off & strainer, spring assist cover, 35 psi rating
