Short Series™ Steam Jacketed Kettle, gas, 40-gallon capacity, full steam jacket design, 316 stainless steel interior, 37.5" rim height, 304 stainless steel kettle & support arms, solid-state temperature controls, power on/off switch, drain strainer, faucet mounting bracket, spring assisted cover, 2" tangent draw-off, quad-leg with flanged feet, 50 psi rating 190,000 BTUStandard Features:
- 2˝ Tangent Draw-Off Valve
- Faucet Mounting Bracket (FBK)
- Standard for natural gas operation
- Splash-Proof Solid-State control panel
- Automatic Hot-Surface Ignition System
- Level adjustable flanged feet for floor bolting
- 50 psi Steam Jacket Rating and Safety Valve
- Recessed, front-mounted Pressure/Vacuum Gauge
