Of all the fryers we saw, we thought that this one from Dean Industries was the best for our restaurant. We thought right, they've been reliable cooking equipment that we use every day. The temperature is stable and cooking is a breeze with them. Cleaning is fairly simple too.

We ordered this unit as our old one was on its way out and so far it has been a great addition. Heats up very quickly and allows us to keep up with large orders much better than the previous unit.
