The FWE HLC-8 Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is a reliable undercounter model that takes up little space while delivering dependable performance for years to come. The interior features fixed racks with 2-⅝” spacing designed to hold 12”x20” pans and GN 1/1 containers. The racks are removable.

Users can set the temperature inside the cabinet between 90°F and 190°F and easily monitor the actual temperature with the high-visibility digital display. The Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element provides radiant heat to this cabinet.

Users can easily open the door with a magnetic workflow handle that stays out of the way while being easy to grasp. To keep heat from escaping the door is insulated and features a cabinet mounted door gasket. To make sure this cabinet is up to the task of serving in a commercial capacity it features 20 gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior. The exterior is polished for a clean look that’s easy to wipe down. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel and coved corners that make cleaning as simple as possible. This cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the bottom, back, sides, and top of this cabinet. This keeps the heat in while saving on power usage. Moving this cabinet around is a breeze thanks to the 3.5" maintenance-free polyurethane tire casters.

To make sure this holding cabinet is up to the task of commercial use, it features CE and IPX4 certification as well as UL listing and UL EPH classification for safety and sanitation.
