For operators that need a holding cabinet with temperature and humidity controls the FWE MTU-7 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is an easy pick. Universal tray slides provide users with storage flexibility and can accept 18” x 26” or 12” x 20” pans. The maximum spacing possible is 4-½” and can be adjusted in 1-½” increments.

For easy access while staying out of the way the controls are located at eye-level and are recessed. This allows users to quickly check the holding temperature at a glance. The thermostat controls are graduated at 10-degree intervals and can be set from 90° to 190°F. To adjust humidity the dial can be turned from moist to crisp. To distribute the heat and moisture this cabinet comes with a self-lubricated Hi-Temp blower motor that is fan-cooled. The temperature and humidity are adjusted separately by two Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements while a 12”x20” removable stainless steel reservoir holds water to regulate the humidity.

For ease of use, while providing a low profile design, the door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. To keep heat from escaping the door is insulated and features a cabinet mounted door gasket.

To make sure this cabinet is up to the task of serving in a commercial capacity it features 20 gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior. The exterior is polished for a clean look that’s easy to wipe down. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel and coved corners that make cleaning as simple as possible. High-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation in the sides, top, bottom, and sides help maintain the temperature with minimal power. Rolling this holding cabinet into place is simple with 5” polyurethane casters that are maintenance-free.
