This 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range has six (6) tubular coil elements at the top and a standard oven at the base. Each element has its own three-heat switch so you can cook up various recipes at a time. The oven is operated via the heavy-duty electro-mechanical thermostat to help you find the best cooking environment for your baked offerings with ease.
The oven interior is 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep. You can maximize the space or find the perfect cooking spot for your recipe using the chrome-plated rack and four-position rack glides. The oven door doesn't heat up so it is safe to touch even when the oven is baking or just finished baking.
This 19.1kW commercial range comes with a 3" high vent riser that covers parts of the wall or surfaces behind the unit from splatter or heat. With the stainless steel front, sides, and front rail, this unit is solid in construction and easy to clean. It stands on 6" chrome-plated legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floor surfaces. This model has passed cCSAus and NSF guidelines.

Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES33 has storage base in lieu of oven section. Garland products are not approved or authorized for home or residential use, but are intended for commercial applications only. Garland will not provide service, warranty, maintenance or support of any kind other than in commercial applications.
