Operating at 14.2 kilowatts, this heavy-duty commercial electric range has two (2) all-purpose plates and two (2) coil elements at the cooktop and a storage cabinet at the base. The plates have two (2) heat zones that can be independently controlled using the thermostatic controls so you can cook multiple recipes at a time. The spacious cabinet ensures your cooking supplies are instantly accessible whenever you need them. The elements can be operated via the three-heat switch. With stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and front rail, this unit can handle the rigors of daily use.
To help keep your kitchen clean and safe, this commercial range is fitted with a 3" high vent riser that acts as a barrier that protects the surfaces behind the unit from splatter and heat. This unit meets all cCSAus and NSF standards.

Heavy-duty electric range, Model 36ER32-3, combination top ; consisting of one 24" (610mm) x 24" (610mm), all purpose plate and one 12"(305mm) open tubular element section. Full size oven is controlled by a heavy-duty electromechanical thermostat. Top plate has two thermostat-controlled heat zones, each element is controlled by a three-heat switch. Oven interior is 13.5" (343mm) H x 26.25" (667mm) W 29" (533mm) D. Oven rack with removable four-position chrome plated rack guides, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES32-3 has storage base in lieu of oven section.
