This 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range from Garland comes with two (2) all-purpose sections at the top and a standard oven at the base to cook different recipes in a single footprint. The cooktop comes with thermostatic controls that allow you to set the exact temperature to achieve ideal results. There are welded high-raised side lips on either side to keep items within the cooking surface.
The oven comes with a heavy-duty electro-mechanical thermostat for easy temperature adjustment. The interior measures 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep, which you can maximize using the supplied chrome-plated rack that can be moved in four (4) positions. The oven door is heat-resistant and stays cool to the touch even during baking for safe use.
This 21.5kW commercial range comes with stainless steel front, sides, and front rail for excellent durability as well as a 3" high vent riser. This unit meets all cCSAus and NSF standards.

Heavy-duty electric range Model 36ER32 with an all purpose plate top and welded 1/2" (13mm) high raised side lips. Two sections top (one 12" (305mm) x 24" (610mm) plate & one 24" (610mm) x 24" (610mm) plate). Full size oven is controlled by a heavy‑duty electromechanical thermostat. Top has 3 thermostat-controlled heat zones each having a pilot lamp. Oven interior is 13.5" (343mm) high x 26.25" (667mm) wide x 29" (533mm) deep with removable four‑position chrome plated rack guides and one oven rack, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES32 has storage base in lieu of oven section. Garland products are not approved or authorized for home or residential use, but are intended for commercial ap‑ plications only. Garland will not provide service, warranty, maintenance or support of any kind other than in commercial applications.
