Garland US Range 36ER36 Description
Add cooking flexibility to your kitchen with this heavy-duty commercial electric range from Garland. Operating at 18.5 kilowatts, this powerful commercial range features a 36" all-purpose plate and a standard oven in one convenient unit. The plate features two (2) heat zones, each with its own thermostat controls to help you maximize the cooking surface and meet cooking conditions for each recipe.
The oven has a 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep cavity. It comes with one removable rack that can be set in four (4) different positions so you can fit more as needed. It has its own electromechanical thermostat as well as front and rear stainless steel grease troughs.
This heavy-duty range is highly durable, thanks to the stainless steel front, sides, and front rail, which provides additional work surface.

Heavy‑duty electric range, Model 36ER36, with all purpose plate top. Top consists of two 18" (457mm) x 24" (610mm) plates controlled by two thermostatically controlled heat zones. Full size oven is controlled by a heavy‑duty electromechanical thermostat. Oven interior is 13.5" (343mm) high x 26.25" (667mm) wide x 29" (533mm) deep with removable four‑position chrome plated rack guides and one oven rack, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES36 has storage base in lieu of oven section. Garland products are not approved or authorized for home or residential use, but are intended for commercial applications only. Garland will not provide service, warranty, maintenance or support of any kind other than in commercial applications.
