36E Series Heavy Duty Range, electric, 36" griddle, thermostatic controls, storage base, 3" high vent riser, stainless steel front, sides & front rail, 6" legs, 15.0kW, cCSAus, NSF (Garland)
Delivering 15-kilowatt cooking power, this heavy-duty commercial electric range comes with a griddle where you can cook up an array of burgers and breakfast favorites. It has three (3) heat zones that can be independently controlled via the thermostatic controls so you can cook multiple recipes at a time with the exact cooking temperature they need. The base functions as a storage cabinet where you can conveniently place all your essentials for instant access. Perfect for use in busy and challenging operations, this unit is stainless steel on the front, sides, and front rail. There is also a 3" high vent riser that protects surfaces behind the unit from splatter or heat coming from the cooktop. The entire unit is mounted on 6" chrome-plated legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors.

Heavy‑duty electric range, Model 36ER‑38, with griddle top. Top consists of a one piece griddle with three thermostatically controlled heat zones. Full size oven is controlled by a heavy‑duty electromechanical thermostat. Oven interior is 13.5" (343mm) high x 26.25" (667mm) wide x 29" (533mm) deep with removable four‑position chrome plated rack guides and one oven rack, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES38 has storage base in lieu of oven section. Garland products are not approved or authorized for home or residential use, but are intended for commercial applications only. Garland will not provide service, warranty, maintenance or support of any kind other than in commercial applications.
