Packing a set of two 35,000 BTU open burners and a 17" heavy-duty cast-iron even-geat top in one modular unit, this heavy-duty commercial gas range is a convenient solution for increasing your production capacity. Built for the long haul, this unit is stainless steel on the front, sides, and front rail. The open burners have ring grates that are easily removable so you can wash and clean them thoroughly. This commercial range is mounted on 6" chrome legs that can be adjusted to a range of working heights that suit your layout. This heavy-duty range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF guidelines.
